Biography

I am a visual artist based in Helsinki, whose work uncovers the quiet and magical aspects of everyday moments. In my drawings, organic shapes, flowers, human figures and the delicate connections between them intertwine with intimate narratives and universal emotions. Each piece is a meticulously crafted digital drawing — no AI — that carries my personal touch and captures the ephemeral essence of a moment.

The spark for this work was lit long before my studies. Drawing began from the feeling that not everything around us has words to describe it, and it has remained my way of refining ideas and understanding the world — the one surrounding us and the one within. I studied visual arts at the University of Oulu while completing my Creative Arts Oriented Primary Teacher Education, and I am a member of Kuvittajat ry, the Finnish Illustration Association.

Art posters

My art posters draw inspiration from the essence of design, embodying timeless beauty and the simplicity of everyday life in the Nordics. The minimalist expression and flowing organic lines result in creations that blend seamlessly into any home and stand the test of time. I hope they captivate something common to us all while still telling little secrets — the emotions and scents of certain moments.

Paintings — corporeality

In my paintings you will often find human figures and a discussion of the relationships between people and the energy within them. Through the brush, events that took place — and things that never happened — begin to find their form. In the end, one can always find oneself here: in this life, among people.

Exhibitions

My work has been presented at Helsinki Design Week's Design Market and at Habitare, the largest interior and design event in the Nordic countries. In 2025, I was selected to exhibit in Habitare's emerging talents section The Block, dedicated to young designers and new voices.

Welcome

I am always delighted to hear from people who feel a connection with my work — whether you are interested in a collaboration, a resale partnership for your shop or gallery, or simply curious. Please feel free to get in touch; I look forward to the possibility of building something meaningful together.

And do take your time with the portfolio. Somewhere among these moments there may be a piece that already belongs on your wall.

Thank you for finding your way to my work.
